Job summary

McKinney seeks a Senior Designer, Brand & New Business to help tell its story through compelling visual design. You will create new business pitch presentations, credentials and capability materials, partnering with Marketing, New Business and agency leadership to translate ideas into clear visual narratives.

This hands-on role requires strong craft and good judgment, with the ability to work quickly in a high-pressure new business environment and contribute to broader agency storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional design experience in ad/branding environments.
• Experience turning complex information into clear visuals.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint; strong Adobe CS skills.
• Ability to create diagrams, data visualizations and infographics.
• Strong design judgment and ability to work independently while knowing when to involve leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new business pitch presentations, credentials, capabilities presentations and other business-development communications.
• Partner with New Business, Creative, Strategy and leadership to translate ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Develop visual concepts and flows that determine how a story should be presented visually.
• Create diagrams, information graphics, data visualizations and visual frameworks.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates, design systems and visual assets.
