appflame is seeking a Brand Designer to own its visual positioning across social, employer branding, internal/external communications, websites, and presentations. You will transform briefs into concepts, develop production-ready files for print/merch, and add motion where it strengthens the message.

As a freelance role with a near full-time workload, you’ll leverage the brand system, push creative direction, and maintain a consistent visual language across all touchpoints while meeting

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Brand Design / Graphic Design.
• Work across 360: SMM, merch, internal/external comms, websites, presentations, L&D materials, and email.
• Fundamentals of typography, composition, grids, color, visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Own appflame’s visual positioning end-to-end across all touchpoints.
• Design 360: social media, employer campaigns, internal/external comms, websites, landing pages, presentations, L&D materials, emails.
• Turn briefs into concepts with visual solutions and creative direction.
