Job summary

Mintlify is seeking a brand design lead to guide end-to-end branding for our developer-focused products. You will collaborate with design and marketing leaders to define strategy and craft visuals that resonate with developers.

The role requires 4+ years in brand and creative design in Tech/SaaS, mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite (Spline a plus), and a strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns. Motion design skills are a plus.

Qualifications

4+ years of brand and creative design experience in Tech/SaaS.
Proficient in Figma; skilled with Adobe Suite and Spline.
Experience with digital-first brands and developer tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating identity systems and campaigns.
Understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end brand design projects from exploration to final polish.
Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on strategy.
Create visuals that resonate with developers.
Build and maintain our brand guidelines.
Express ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice.
