HappyRobot, Inc. is seeking a Brand Designer to join our creative team. You will maintain and evolve HappyRobot's visual language across brand and marketing work, delivering polished assets at high volume while preserving quality.

This hands-on role rewards a designer with craft and a strategic eye who can iterate on briefs, elevate the brand, and collaborate across a distributed team using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, AI-assisted tools, and modern production workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand or marketing design.
• A strong portfolio showing range, polish, and consistency across brand and marketing work.
• Deep command of design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, composition, and layout.
• Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to design across multiple formats: social, digital, print, and campaign assets.
• Thrives on production volume and quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
• Clear, concise communicator and strong collaborator across a distributed team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into a modern design and production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Marketing Design: Design assets across digital, social, print, and physical formats at high volume with top quality.
• Brand System Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the established brand system consistently.
• Visual Communication: Create assets that explain complex AI and enterprise concepts clearly.
• Social & Campaign Support: Build visual storytelling for brand awareness and social growth.
• Presentation Design: Create decks for all-hands, fundraising, partnerships, and exec communications.
• Design Library & Templates: Build and organize templates and reusable assets to speed up workflows.
• AI-Integrated Workflow: Integrate AI tools into production and ideation processes to move faster.
