Job summary

Serval, an AI-native automation platform, is seeking a Senior Designer to guide the visual voice across campaigns, web, product marketing, social, motion, print, merch and events. You’ll evolve our brand system and translate the technical depth of what we build into design that’s distinctive and unmistakably ours.

You’ll work end-to-end with marketing, product, and leadership, owning projects with high creative autonomy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in hands-on visual, graphic, or brand design roles.
• Strong concept thinking and storytelling through design across mediums.
• Experience owning campaigns and brand systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute creative campaigns end-to-end across digital, web, social, print, merch, and events.
• Shape and evolve brand system typography, color, illustration, layout, and visual rules.
• Own art direction for omni-channel launches, campaigns, conferences, and customer stories.
• Collaborate with product teams and leadership to translate AI workflows into clear design.
• Mentor teammates and external contractors to raise craft standards.
• Experiment with AI tools to expand what's possible in visual design.
