Job summary

McAfee seeks a Design Director to lead the design vertical within Brand Creative Services. This player-coach role creates standout brand work while setting direction, elevating craft, and coaching designers to deliver excellent creative across campaigns, lifecycle, and always-on channels.

You will operationalize the design system, educate teams on guidelines, and adopt AI-enabled design tools for rapid iteration and testing, while ensuring brand integrity and performance insights inform

Qualifications

10+ years of experience creating and leading design work across brand and marketing.
Strong design systems and brand identity experience.
Proven ability to mentor designers and lead through feedback and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead design concepting and execution across key brand initiatives (campaigns, lifecycle, web, social).
Evolve the New McAfee design system and raise craft for the design vertical.
Collaborate with Copy, Brand Strategy, Creative Production, Growth/Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing.
Coach and review work from designers, provide actionable feedback and growth plans.
