Qualifications

• 6+ years design experience (agency or in-house).
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive design systems and campaigns.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools to prototype and extend creative directions.

Responsibilities

• Create, evolve, and manage scalable design systems used by stakeholders.
• Lead translation of campaign creative into digital experiences with usability and clarity.
• Partner with brand team and cross-functional groups to deliver high-impact creative.
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on craft from major visuals to assets.
