McAfee is seeking a Brand Designer to craft scalable design systems and translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns across channels. You’ll collaborate with writers, marketers, and strategists, mentoring junior designers while driving visual consistency and high-impact creative.

The role emphasizes systems-thinking, typography rigor, and adaptation of creative direction. Hybrid work with in-office presence required to collaborate across the New York, Frisco, San Jose, and Newport Beach

Qualifications

• 6+ years design experience (agency or in-house).
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive design systems and campaigns.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools to prototype and extend creative directions.

Responsabilités

• Create, evolve, and manage scalable design systems used by stakeholders.
• Lead translation of campaign creative into digital experiences with usability and clarity.
• Partner with brand team and cross-functional groups to deliver high-impact creative.
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on craft from major visuals to assets.
• Mentor junior designers and explore motion graphics and creative automation opportunities.
