Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Brand Designer to elevate ideas into world-class creative across omnichannel campaigns. You'll develop scalable design systems, translate strategy into campaigns, and mentor junior designers.

You will collaborate with writers, marketers, and strategists, delivering high-impact visuals across performance, email, and social touchpoints. Hybrid role with in-office needs in select hub locations; strong typography and AI tooling skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of design experience (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into cohesive design systems and campaigns.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency using AI tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Runway) for exploration and prototyping.
• Ability to mentor, inspire, and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Create, evolve, and manage scalable design systems for stakeholders.
• Translate campaign creative into digital experiences with usability and clarity.
• Partner with brand, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative.
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on production-ready assets.
• Apply design frameworks across touchpoints to meet marketer strategies.
• Understand business needs and craft creative that drives impact.
• Ensure work meets high standards of design, usability, and brand alignment.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Explore motion graphics and editing to expand the team toolkit.
