Qualifications

• 6+ years design experience (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio showing systems-thinking and campaign craft.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience translating brand strategy into cohesive design systems.
• Experience mentoring teammates and collaborating across disciplines.
• Bonus: motion graphics or creative automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, evolve, and manage scalable design systems across touchpoints.
• Translate campaign creative into digital experiences with clarity and usability.
• Collaborate with brand, product marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on craft from visuals to production-ready assets.
• Apply design frameworks to performance media, email, social, etc., to meet marketing goals.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Explore motion graphics and automation to expand the team's toolkit.
