Job summary

0x is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate the visual identity of 0x and Matcha across sales, web and social touchpoints. You will bridge high-craft design with fast-moving marketing needs and collaborate with marketing and sales to drive impact.

The role requires over 4 years of brand design experience, including crypto or emerging tech, and expert Figma skills. Hybrid/remote options and global offsites are supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience, including crypto or DeFi exposure.
• A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials.
• Proven track record shaping and extending a visual identity.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Expert-level Figma skills with reusable templates and components.
• Fluency with AI design tools to boost speed and quality.
• Experience partnering with marketing and sales to translate goals into design.
• Excellent communication and presentation of design decisions.
• Bias for action and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Alignment with values: do the right thing, ship consistently, focus on long-term impact.
• Willingness to attend annual in-person team offsites.

Responsibilities

• Evolve visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x.
• Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets: decks, one-pagers, case studies, templates.
• Design web pages, including landing and product pages.
• Create social graphics for 0x and Matcha.
• Lead campaigns from concept to final assets.
• Build brand templates and components usable across campaigns.
• Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.
