Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape design across brand, product, and campaigns. You will lead visually, collaborate with brand, product, and marketing, and push design forward with new tools and storytelling approaches.

Based in the US with remote or local flexibility, you’ll own projects from brief to delivery, mentor teammates, and ensure systemized, on-brand visuals that communicate clearly and elevate the user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 6–8 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma and After Effects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own projects independently from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Create visual assets for digital and print media across campaigns, product launches, web, social, and events.
• Apply typography, layout, and color to ensure consistency and production readiness.
• Use AI tools to accelerate production while preserving creative judgment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and Brand teams to turn strategy into visuals.
• Present concepts and iterate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain design system assets.
• Lead and mentor team members; cultivate high design standards.
• Drive adoption of new tools and workflows to move faster.
