Job summary

Metropolitan Airports Commission seeks a seasoned Senior Designer to lead high-impact branding across digital and print channels. You will guide contractors, ensure consistency of MAC/MSP brand standards, and deliver creative for revenue-driving programs.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, improving processes, and collaborating with SM+C teammates and external partners to meet ambitious objectives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Design, Art, Fine Art, or a related field; 14 years of design experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Designer or Art Director.
• Minimum 5 years managing internal staff or directing outside resources for strategic creative deliverables.
• Expert graphic design, art direction and production design skills.
• Expert level Adobe Creative Suite and other visual tools.
• Advanced MS Office, including PowerPoint; knowledge of printing, DAM and CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create strategically focused, original visual concepts aligned with audience needs.
• Develop layouts for artwork and copy across digital and print media.
• Source and select imagery to support design work and finalize production-ready layouts.
• Direct contractors and freelancers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain brand and creative standards as SME for MAC/MSP branding assets.
• Monitor production quality, budgets, and client approvals; respond to feedback.
