Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team in Jacksonville. This seasoned designer brings ideas to the table, solves design problems with a clear point of view, and delivers work that connects to the business and the ICE brand.

The role focuses on flagship events, brand evolution, and scalable systems across channels while collaborating with marketing to maintain consistency and elevate every project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field
• 6+ years of professional design experience
• Portfolio showing brand identity, events, or campaign systems
• Experience building flexible design systems across channels
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
• Front-end web design, email templates, and digital accessibility awareness
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals
• Strong time management and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel for events

Responsabilités

• Solve problems and bring ideas forward with concepts and recommendations at reviews
• Translate objectives into strategic, original design grounded in audience needs
• Use sketching, storyboarding, or mockups to share ideas early
• Explain the creative rationale to stakeholders with clarity
• Apply brand guidelines and design system consistently across work
• Lead brand-level initiatives from concept to execution
• Develop creative systems for events, campaigns, and environments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep brand experience consistent
• Scale concepts into templates and assets for broad team use
• Manage multiple projects with realistic timelines and stakeholder communication
• Explore new tools and AI-assisted workflows while respecting policy
• Collaborate with Motion, Web, and Email teams to bring campaigns to life
