RoomPriceGenie is seeking a Senior Brand Designer & System Lead to own the visual identity and build an AI-powered design infrastructure. You will shape brand direction, create high-impact visuals, and lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing and product.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, freelance collaboration, and cross-channel brand consistency, with a remote-first setup that supports international teams and global clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in brand design with visual identity work and clear rationale for design decisions.
• Demonstrated experience building an AI-driven design system — prompt libraries, brand-trained generative models, AI-powered templates.
• A strong, trained creative instinct with an eye for distinctive brand visuals.
• Genuinely brand-obsessed with a point of view on brand direction.
• Hands-on creative execution showing both direction and craft.
• Experience building visual imaging systems and templates for scalable brand rollout.
• Genuinely AI-first in creative workflow using generative tools.
• Experience commissioning and directing freelance talent with clear briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own visual identity and brand system; present to senior leadership (CMO/CEO/exec).
• Lead hero creative direction and direct assets, leveraging freelance networks.
• Set social visual direction for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube in collaboration with Content/Demand.
• Architect AI-powered design infrastructure and self-serve templates for broad team use.
• Brand QA across channels, regions, and partners; update models and templates as needed.
• Partner with Product to ensure brand consistency across RPG platform and external marketing.
