Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an experienced Designer for Brand Design Systems who will conceptualize and execute creative solutions across media. You will collaborate with a team to translate client briefs into visually compelling designs meeting aesthetic and strategic goals.

The role requires hands-on design, strong video and production skills, and proficiency with AI tools. Remote work is possible with West Coast hours in PST. Employment is temporary.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in advertising or agency setting.
• Senior Designer with strong video, motion, and production skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Figma.
• Experience with AI-generated content creation.

Responsibilities

• Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality visual designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and team members to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining quality and detail.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep the agency at the forefront.
