Dentsu is seeking a Senior Designer for a remote West Coast preferred temporary role focused on brand design systems across print, digital, and multimedia. The candidate will work in a W2 capacity on dentsu payroll, starting ASAP and lasting through 1/30 with a potential extension.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing design system work, developing ideas, designing across formats, and delivering high-quality visuals.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of experience in an advertising or agency environment.
• Senior Designer with strong video, motion, and production capabilities.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
• Strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience with Adobe Firefly and AI-generated content creation.
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality creative assets.
• Bonus: Experience with Premiere Pro Mobile.

Role Details

• Location: USA - Remote - California
• Remote preference: West Coast preferred
• Hours: Must be willing to work during PST hours
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 1/30 with possibility to extend
• Employment: W2 on dentsu payroll only
• Contract type: Temporary
• Time type: Full time
• Eligibility: Must be US-based

Compensation

• Annual salary range: USD 111,780 - 149,040
• Placement is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law
• Note: This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation

Additional Work Location Policy

• Employees within commutable distance of a hub office are expected to work from the office three days per week
• Los Angeles: two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles
• Current hub offices: Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, New York City
• Dentsu may designate other hub offices at any time
• Employees outside commutable range may be designated as remote based on role and business needs
• All employees should be flexible to meet company and client needs, including possible office attendance
