• Graduate in any discipline with strong design interest.
• 10+ years in design or advertising, with 5+ years in design management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication across settings.
• Proactive and adaptable with strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Project manage packaging design projects across lifecycle and coordinate with HQ partners, Creative team & Target in India CFT teams.
• Maintain design systems and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Communicate design thinking and present strategies to diverse audiences.
• Lead process optimization, document standards and guidelines for projects.
• Create status reports and dashboards for stakeholders at set intervals.
• See projects through from inception to activation with strong attention to detail.
• Lead special projects as assigned or self-identified.
