• 12+ years of experience in communications for nonprofit/mission-driven organizations.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communications skills.
• Experience developing and executing communications strategies, including digital strategy.
• Strong understanding of social justice, equity-focused language, and narrative change principles.
• Proven track record managing media relationships and brand identity systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with RPA’s mission and plan.
• Lead external communications, media outreach, and digital content across channels.
