You will lead a variety of projects, from catalogs to events, ensuring brand integrity and high-quality visuals.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 7+ years of experience, and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on MacOS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design principles in a B2B-related setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
• Strong design, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels.
• Lead creative projects from concept through completion, balancing design with goals.
• Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with on-site photo studio to bring creative concepts to life.
• Mentor junior designers and interns to elevate team quality.
