Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as required in store operations.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and train staff.
• Strong business acumen with focus on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and store procedures
