Job summary

Aerie Birch Run is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, educating them on AE and Aerie products and building loyalty with a friendly, “friends first” approach.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering energetic service while aligning with store policies and brand values. Prior retail experience and a passion for AE/Aerie help drive success.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Retail experience is a plus, and you enjoy AE & Aerie products

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they’re looking for
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere
