Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) in Seattle, WA, seeks a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, educating guests on AE and Aerie products and guiding them to the right choices.

You’ll promote the loyalty program and other brand channels while staying flexible across the salesfloor, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve shared goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
