Job summary

Consumers Credit Union in Illinois seeks a Branch Specialist to combine concierge, teller, and personal banker duties in a full-time role at the Volo branch. You will greet members, process transactions, and help open accounts while guiding customers to suitable financial products and services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or cash handling. Banking, Teller, or Personal Banker experience is a plus!
• Comfortable promoting products and services and engaging in consultative, sales-oriented conversations.
• Strong comfort level with technology, including data systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity and commitment to inclusion & diversity.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week within the following schedule:
  
  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM, Friday: 8:30AM – 6:30PM, Regular Saturdays: 8:30AM – 1:30PM

The salary range for this role is $16.67 - $25.01 per hour. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
