Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist to build strong member relationships and guide clients through deposits, loans, and financial planning at our Englewood Cliffs, NJ location.

You will open and service customer accounts, assist with lending options, and connect members with products that meet their goals, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Notary Public license within one year of accepting the role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and member service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with members and become a trusted resource for their financial needs
• Open and service customer, business, and IRA accounts while ensuring a seamless member experience
• Guide members through consumer lending options and support them throughout the application process
• Identify opportunities to connect members with products and services that align with their goals
• Resolve complex member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and transaction processing when needed
• Collaborate with teammates across multiple branch locations to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Represent Visions in the community through local events and outreach activities
