Expect a yearly salary of at least $80k plus a monthly bonus of $3,937.50, paid each month.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, oversee operations and health/safety, and ensure premium customer experiences across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in sales and customer service plus 2 years in a supervisory role
• Supervisory and communication skills; multilingual is a plus
• Organized with strong customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and ability to work day/evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, sales, and market development across multiple branches
• Lead and develop trainees, sales agents, and fleet staff through reviews
• Recruit new team members with Talent team and coach managers
• Manage vehicle fleet and ensure safe, efficient operations
• Maintain premium customer service, handle complaints, and optimize processes
