SIXT in Kailua, Hawaii is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, manage the fleet, and drive top-tier service. Leverage sales experience and leadership to grow the branch, with a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities.

You will recruit and develop staff, oversee budgets, and ensure health and safety standards while optimizing processes with regional leaders. A company car and performance bonuses are part of the offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2–3 years in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years in car rental with 2 years as a manager).
• Strong supervisory and communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.
• Must be 18+, with a valid driver's license and ability to work day/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches to increase revenue and profitability.
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents via reviews and meetings.
• Recruit new team members with Talent team support and coach managers in recruitment processes.
• Manage vehicle fleet and operations, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflows.
• Maintain premium customer service, handle complaints, and coordinate with regional managers to optimize processes.
