Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead a multi-branch team, manage the fleet, and drive customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes strong leadership, sales growth, and operational excellence with a starting salary of $75,000 and an annual bonus incentive up to $34,500.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with regional managers to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of sales and customer service experience, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches; increase revenue and profitability
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings
• Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process
• Responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks (health and safety, corporate CI, defleets) and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows
• Ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes
