Job summary

The Coburn Supply Company Nashville branch is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for directing sales, operations and personnel development to sustain Coburn’s reputation for outstanding customer service and strong profitability.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, drive market share, and ensure safety and compliance across the branch while delivering superior customer experiences and operational excellence in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years as a branch manager or 5 years internal experience across branch roles.
• Must pass drug screen, physical, and background checks.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Coburn’s customer and company branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Employee Management & Development: develop and manage employee performance to ensure Coburn’s exceptional level of customer service is maintained while maximizing gross profit per FTE.
• Inventory Management: monitor stocking levels and proper handling of inventory to maintain profitability and service standards.
• Increase Profit & Manage Expenses: manage branch operations to achieve profitability goals.
• Increase Sales & Market Share: develop and manage sales and operations to grow market share.
• Customer Management: maintain exceptional service as measured by sales, retention, and customer feedback.
• Knowledge Development: build knowledge to increase credibility with employees and customers.
