Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Branch Manager to lead the local operation including will call, inside sales, fabrication, and warehouse. You will build customer relationships and drive sales of fire protection products such as pipes, valves and fittings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership/management experience.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Branch Manager in our Tampa, FL location. This location sells Fire Protection Products and services. This position leads local operations of this location which includes a will call counter, inside sales team, fabrication production facility, and warehouse. The successful candidate will establish relationships with customers, vendors and associates to grow sales of all fire protection products including but not limited to pipe, valves, fittings, tools, fabrication and design services.

Position Details Reports to Area Manager Direct oversight of approximately 10 associates

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the organization’s customer-facing associates and branch functions
• Develop a team with focus on customer service, policy and strategy implementation
• Run the overall operation of a branch location including hiring, coaching, and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality branch operations
• Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the branch
• Build and maintain an environment of engagement by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers and implementing solutions to solve problems
• Analyze store data and identify areas of opportunity, and implement solutions to continuously improve the overall performance of the location
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership/management experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior industry experience is strongly preferred

Pay Range:

• $7,383.34
• $11,816.67
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
