Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 4–6 associates and oversee daily warehouse operations.

You will supervise unloading, stocking inbound shipments, and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of product and paperwork. The role requires a strong background in warehouse operations, at least 2+ years in supervisory roles, and knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse supervision or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory controls, and safety.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop warehouse associates to maintain productivity.
• Supervise unloading/stocking of inbound shipments and picking/shipping of outbound orders.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse space and ensure inventory integrity with cycle counts.

Position Details

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Reports to Branch Manager

Direct oversight of 4 to 6 associates

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates
• Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork
• Ensure warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly
• Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed
• Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management

Qualifications

• A strong background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required
• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Material Handling Equipment Certification and a valid Class CDL is a plus
• Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
• Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team

Pay Range & Compensation

• Pay Range:
• $15.43
• $33.51
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
