Qualifications

• Must be registered or willing to register as an MLO with NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory policies.
• Drive production goals with target clients and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with branch partners and internal groups to optimize staffing.
• Conduct daily controls and investigate losses.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and communicate expectations; foster teamwork.
• Assess risk, maintain Citi's reputation, escalate control issues.
