Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
• Obtain or willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plans and drive individual production goals.
• Coach staff and implement development plans to meet branch goals.
• Execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
• Support portfolio growth and deepen client relationships while ensuring service and controls.
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve goals and build customer relationships.
