Job summary

KPI Solutions seeks an on-shore Workflow Architect to lead design, migration, and simplification of business processes across the Opto WES platform. This role owns the technical direction of KPI's workflow orchestration domain and provides day-to-day technical leadership to CapBPM, KPI's BPM partner.

In practice, this means building and governing workflows using BPM tools, guiding migrations to Camunda, and driving no-code process design so both technical and non-technical stakeholders can build

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with experience in designing workflow/BPM systems.
• Hands-on BPM tooling and no-code/low-code process design.
• Architecture ownership of production platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the workflow/BPM architecture direction for the Opto WES platform.
• Lead migrations to a consolidated BPM platform (Camunda).
• Provide technical leadership to CapBPM engineering teams.
