Job summary

KPI Solutions is seeking an on-shore Workflow Architect to lead design, migration, and simplification of business processes across the Opto WES platform in Cincinnati, USA. You will own the technical direction of KPI's workflow orchestration and provide day-to-day leadership to CapBPM teams.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in software engineering with BPM, hands-on BPM tooling experience, and a track record of architecture ownership and multi-tenant strategy in production environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with workflow/BPM experience.
• Hands-on BPM tooling and no-code design experience.
• Architecture ownership of a production platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural direction for the workflow/BPM domain within the Opto WES platform, modeling, documenting, and governing how processes run.
• Define standards, reference patterns, and design guardrails for workflow modeling, deployment, and runtime behavior.
• Champion no-code process design to empower business stakeholders while maintaining architectural guardrails.
• Drive resolution of architectural debt and multi-tenant configuration to a configurable model.
