Qualifications

• Experience with Appian, Chorus/AWD, Automation technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.), and C#.
• Java or .Net expertise.
• Ability to communicate with Developers and Business people effectively.
• 5+ years of software development.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop operationally efficient platform solutions that achieve business outcomes.
• Serve as technical point-person on the BPM platform for foundational technologies in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Assist with modernization roadmaps for foundational platform technologies.
• Ensure designs align with Enterprise Architecture best practices and are implemented as designed.
• Ensure BPM platform solutions meet non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
• Oversee transition from legacy systems to BPM platforms with minimal disruption.
• Provide hands-on participation to ensure timely delivery of updates and changes.
• Monitor system performance and optimize architecture for efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into platform technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Participate in PI planning and backlog prioritization for BPM platform initiatives.
