We're actively seeking a talented Sr Solutions Architect I to join our BPM Enablement Platform team in Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid as we believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.
As a Sr Solutions Architect I, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by ensuring the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and integrated platform solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. Acting as a trusted advisor, the solutions architect partners with application and project teams, engineers, analysts, and business users to build and deploy platform solutions. The position requires expertise in BPM technologies, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration, combined with leadership and collaboration skills to influence outcomes and deliver measurable business value.
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$125,100.00 - $152,900.00
