Job summary

Mi-Tech, Services Inc. seeks a Land Surveyor – Survey Technician to execute boundary, easement, deed and title reviews, and perform boundary surveys independently or with mentorship across multiple industries.

You will handle construction staking, produce 3D models and road corridors, and read engineering plans to support project teams. A Colorado professional land surveyor license, a high school diploma, and experience with Trimble gear are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional land surveyor in Colorado
• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of survey experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute boundary, easement, deed and title reviews
• Perform boundary surveys independently or with mentorship
• Conduct construction staking across multiple industries
• Produce 3D models and road corridors
• Read and interpret engineering plans and memos
