Mi-Tech Services Inc. seeks a Land Surveyor – Survey Technician to execute boundary, easement, deed and title reviews and perform boundary surveys. The role involves independent work and mentorship as needed in a dynamic, multi-industry environment.
You will conduct construction staking, produce 3D models and road corridors, and rely on a PLS license, GED, and experience with Trimble equipment. A valid driver’s license is required to operate on various sites.

As a Land Surveyor – Survey Technician, your primary responsibilities include; executing boundary, easement, deed and title review, performing boundary surveys independently or mentored, performing all aspects of construction staking across multiple industries, and producing 3D models and road corridors.
