Job summary

Mi-Tech Services Inc. seeks a Land Surveyor – Survey Technician to execute boundary, easement, deed and title reviews and perform boundary surveys. The role involves independent work and mentorship as needed in a dynamic, multi-industry environment.

You will conduct construction staking, produce 3D models and road corridors, and rely on a PLS license, GED, and experience with Trimble equipment. A valid driver’s license is required to operate on various sites.

Qualifications

• PLS license in at least one US state or ability to obtain licensure.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of relevant survey experience preferred.
• Proficient with Trimble surveying equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering plans and construction documents.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability per our insurance provider.

Responsibilities
