Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter data for credit card and other expense information.
• Assist with accounts payable and payroll processing.
• Verify status of and approval for payment of invoices.
• Post and code payments; perform bank deposits.
• Process payroll and related journal entries.
• Assist with month-end financial reports.
• Research and correct accounting errors.
• Conduct basic credit checks as needed.
• Support sales tax reporting; other duties as assigned.
