Responsibilities

• Complete data entry of credit card and other expense information.
• Assist with accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Verify payment status and approval for invoices.
• Code and process deposits; make deposits at bank.
• Post journal entries and assist with month-end reports.
• Research and correct errors; perform credit checks; sales tax reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
