Responsibilities

• Turn quarter-end into the calmest week of the finance cycle
• Steer internship grant reporting to keep funders confident
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process
• Mentor junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy
• Forecast headcount costs and partner with HR on compensation planning
• Reconcile internship benefits invoice line by line
• Reconcile inventory ledger to physical count
• Track finance expenses back to source documents
