The role requires 5+ years QuickBooks Enterprise experience, 7+ years overall, advanced Excel skills, and experience with billing, AR, and tax readiness. Degree in accounting/finance preferred; QuickBooks assessment will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of current, hands-on experience in QuickBooks Enterprise desktop/cloud systems.
• 7+ years of progressive professional experience handling full-charge books or heavy transactional project accounting.
• Industrial sector exposure in service-oriented fields, mechanical trades, HVAC/R, or construction accounting preferred.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Financial Management: maintain audit-ready corporate books and manage the full vendor payment lifecycle.
• Analytical Job Costing: audit labor logs, reconcile parts expenses, and calculate project margins.
• Billing Optimization: generate and dispatch invoices for service calls, multi-phase installations, and long-term contracts.
• Receivables & Cash Flow Protection: monitor AR aging and maintain strong cash velocity.
• Tax & Audit Readiness: keep general ledger documentation organized for external CPA.
