Culture On Camera is assisting with the search for an on-site full-charge Bookkeeper for a New Jersey-based client in Wall Township. You will own day-to-day books, including AP, AR, reconciliations, GL, and month-end close, and contribute to the consolidation from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

The role requires 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, hands-on QuickBooks Desktop and Online skills, and meticulous attention to detail in a high-volume environment. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with full-charge responsibilities.
• Experience running a full cycle close and delivering financials on deadline.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online daily; migration support a plus.
• High accuracy, strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be on-site in Wall Township, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounts payable: code bills, schedule payments, maintain vendor records.
• Accounts receivable: apply payments and monitor aging; assist invoicing by billing team.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts monthly.
• Maintain GL, post journal entries, payroll accruals, and ensure clean books.
• Execute month-end close and deliver reconciled financials on time.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports for leadership.
• Maintain intercompany separation and assist migration from QB Desktop to QB Online.
