Aspen Fiber Networks seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to lead day-to-day accounting operations and coordinate with the external CPA. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, billing, collections, and vendor processing to support stable, scalable growth.

You will supervise accounting workflows, train staff, and help implement stronger controls. The position offers growth potential and a competitive compensation structure based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting operations experience.
• Experience leading accounting support functions and coordinating with a CPA.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Attention to detail, organization, and deadline discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee A/R processes: onboarding billing, invoicing accuracy, collections, and posting payments.
• Oversee A/P: vendor onboarding, invoice entry, coding, and payment workflows.
• Support reporting for sales, COGS, and budgets; prepare aging and schedules.
• Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings and documentation.
• Lead accounting staff, train, and improve processes and controls.
