Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with healthcare professionals in the Cape Coral and surrounding Florida territory. You will provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products, educate on benefits, and assist in navigating payer environments to support appropriate access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical healthcare experience; various combos of degrees also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct planned programs, and follow up on educational programs to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the Specialty Representative role.
• Demonstrate passion for our products and sustain that passion throughout the sales cycle while building the Amgen brand.
