Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, and plant systems.
• Familiar with NFPA 70E, OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• ASME Boiler Pressure Code familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler and plant equipment with minimal supervision.
• Monitor gauges, controls, and data to adjust fuel and airflow.
• Maintain water quality and test boiler feed water chemistry.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and prep for inspections.
• Respond to trouble calls and emergency situations; operate backup generators as needed.
• Monitor building automation and fire alarm systems and report abnormalities.
