Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler and plant equipment with minimal supervision
• Adjust fuel and airflow to maintain system pressure
• Monitor building management and fire alarm systems and report abnormalities
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and prepare for inspections
• Respond to trouble calls and emergencies, including backup generators
• Maintain and record equipment performance data
