Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Boiler Installer to oversee installation, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and commercial boiler systems. You will collaborate with contractors, technicians, and property owners to ensure high-quality work and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of boiler installation experience.
• Experience with residential and light commercial hydronic heating systems.
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, technical specs, and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of plumbing, gas piping, and heating controls.
• Physically able to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, replacement, and commissioning of gas, oil, and hydronic boiler systems.
• Train team members who assist with boiler work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings.
• Install piping, pumps, expansion tanks, zone valves, controls, and venting systems.
• Perform startup, testing, balancing, and system commissioning.
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues.
• Maintain job documentation and communicate with dispatch.
