Job summary

Castle Rock is seeking a skilled boiler/HVAC technician for direct placement in Colorado. You will troubleshoot boilers, steam systems, and HVAC units, perform start-ups and PMs, install piping, read blueprints, and document work while mentoring junior technicians.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years boiler-focused experience and 5+ years HVAC, EPA certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in boiler-focused roles
• 5+ years in HVAC
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with physical labor and tight/hot spaces
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair boilers, steam systems, or HVAC units
• Perform start-ups, PMs, and emergency service
• Install and inspect piping systems, water heaters, and drainage components
• Read blueprints and technical drawings
• Communicate clearly with clients and document work
• Mentor junior techs and uphold job site safety
